The Swole Turkey Challenge is an annual event that takes place during the entire month of November. To complete it, you must do 100 reps of bicep curls and tricep extensions every single day! Why you might ask? Well, it's something fun and challenging for us to do to help raise awareness for a charitable cause and you get to walking around showing off your beefy muscles! This year we are donating all proceeds to BeLoved Asheville to aid those who were affected by Hurricane Helene.
